Last Day to Submit Work for Infotech class - Wednesday, June 17th

Good morning everyone, this week's assignment, MakeCode Activity 2, is the last one for Infotech class.  Looking ahead to next week, use the remaining time to catch up on any work that you have not yet completed.  The last day to hand in work (to post on your blog, or send by email) for Infotech is Wednesday, June 17th, by the end of day.  Any work posted on your blog or emailed after this date will not be included in marks!  Any questions about this, please let me know.  Have a great weekend!

MakeCode for Minecraft Education - Activity 2

For the second activity using MakeCode for Minecraft Education:
- Follow the same steps as the Chicken Rain tutorial to access the MakeCode menu (start any world, then hit C on your keyboard)
- Complete the following 3 short tutorials 1) Mega Jump 2) Flower Trail and 3) SuperPowers
- Post 1 post with 3-4 screen shots from each tutorial, and a short explanation how each tutorial went, what you did

MakeCode for Minecraft Education - Activity 1

As an introduction to MS MakeCode in Minecraft Education, go to our class Teams and open the MS Word document 'Coding with Minecraft Introduction Student workbook'.  You will completing the short Chicken Rain tutorial, and then adapting it to make it your own.  Follow the directions exactly - you can skip to page 6 in the document, since you already know how to use Minecraft Education, and start at 'Introducing Microsoft MakeCode'.  You must post your work on your blog by end of day, Friday, June 5th.  Your post should include a minimum 5-7 screenshots, plus a 1-paragraph summary explaining your work.
